Tenants have two conference rooms available for meetings
The complex is located in the central part of Vilnius, on Švitrigailos Street.
The city centre can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
Also, the airport, bus and train stations, and the main logistics centres can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
A typical floor in the buildings of the Švitrigailos 11B Business Centre is 18 meters long, which allows for efficient use of the space and the installation of bright and comfortable offices.
The buildings are equipped with advanced ventilation, cooling and heating systems controlled by a BMS (Building Management System) that ensures comfort in the premises.
All engineering and security systems, including fire alarms, video recording systems and entrance controls are already installed. 24/7 physical protection provides an even greater sense of security.
Every office has moveable partition walls that are easy to re-arrange, which allows the tenants to change the number of workplaces or their layout.

For the convenience of tenants and their guests, the business centre is equipped with over 390 parking spaces, of which 290 are located in a covered multi-storey car park.
The territory has two separate entrances and two exits, so it is quick to arrive in the morning and to leave in the desired direction in the evening.
For quick and convenient entry, there is a system for identifying the car registration numbers, which are managed by the tenants themselves with the help of the employees and their permits.
For cyclists, there is a bicycle storage room.
For the convenience of our clients, the business centre offers two conference rooms for the use of up to 30 people each.
Office workers can also use an intranet-based communication system, which contributes to the flexible management of vehicles in the complex’s territory and allows them to order services or submit enquiries.
In the basement of building 11B is a recreation room for the tenants, with comfy chairs and a table football. There are also two showers available.
Those who enjoy a quick and tasty lunch can save time at the pleasant cafeteria that is based downstairs in Building 11M.
The cafeteria is very popular among the tenants due to the convienience, pricing and the variety of healthy and nutricious foods. The seatings are comftable and cosy and it is also possible to "take away" in order to have your dinner in your office or on some of the benches in the outdoor areas.
